Alcohol/Drug Detox Center |

The Alcohol/Drug Detox Center is a 56-bed adult social model detoxification program. In this program, clients are assessed, screened for medical problems, participate in case management, and are referred to treatment. |

The Center for Women and Children, a detoxification center, assists homeless women with substance abuse issues to break the cycle of homelessness and substance abuse and allows women to bring their children 10 and under to the Center. Social model detoxification, case management and referral services are available. |

Substance Abuse Day Treatment Program |
|
Clients are referred to this program directly after completing a minimum 3-5 day detoxification period. Orientation is held at 2 pm on Tuesdays. This program assists homeless and low income individuals to break free from addiction by combining individual counseling with group counseling, recreation groups, and life skills training in a 4 hours per day, 5 days per week Day Treatment milieu. |

This program provides transitional and permanent housing (apartments through collaborations with the Housing Authority of Salt Lake County) and specialized case management services to homeless individuals/families who have completed substance abuse treatment to insure recovery, relapse prevention and self-sufficiency. |
