Project Reality, a non-profit agency founded in 1970, offers a variety of services designed to provide comprehensive, therapeutic treatment to patients with substance abuse problems. We view substance abuse as a chronic disease with complex biological, psychological, and social components. All admissions are voluntary and confidential and each patient is provided with an individualized treatment plan.

Project Reality provides outpatient opioid treatment to severe and chronic substance dependent adults.
