Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake has been serving youth and their families since 1968. We focus on serving girls and boys between the ages of 6-18 with special initiatives to teens, gender inclusion and family involvement. We offer after-school programs addressing educational achievement, career exploration, drug and alcohol avoidance, health and fitness, gang and violence prevention, cultural exploration, leadership development and community service. |

SMART Moves (Skills Mastery and Resistance Training)
SMART Moves is a series of prevention curricula designed for age-appropriate delivery to youth groups ages 6-9, 10-12, and 13-15. Curriculum is designed for small groups in a community-based setting. Youth development staff and peer leaders co-facilitate groups that include information disseminations, games role play and a variety of active learning opportunities to deliver skill building and prevention material.
