A range of treatment service options are provided to County residents by private, non-profit, and public Salt Lake County agencies. Nationally standardized assessment and placement criteria, along with outcome and process-based performance measures, provide the structure for coordinated services that are grounded in fiscal and clinical accountability. Programs are designed to meet the specific treatment needs of adolescents, pregnant and parenting women, as well as the general population. The Division is active in the support and design of both innovative and traditional treatment modalities, including drug courts and jail-based services.
