Salt Lake County Assessment and Referral
Substance Abuse assessments and referrals are provided by professional clinical staff. Community partners such as juvenile and adult courts, schools, hospitals, shelters, private citizens, corrections, attorneys, social service providers, and other County agencies refer individuals to the Division for substance abuse evaluations.
NOTICE: Assessments for Adults 18 and over are conducted by ARS/IGS. Please call (801)532-1850 for an appointment. HOWEVER, if you are involved in the Family Dependency Drug Court, DORA program, DCFS, or are HIV positive you MUST call our office at (801)468-2009, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for an assessment and NOT ARS/IGS.
