The Asian Association of Utah is a non-profit agency and was founded in 1977. The Agency offers affordable, comprehensive, culturally sensitive and language specific, outpatient substance abuse, prevention, DUI, domestic violence and general mental health programs for adults, youth, and their families. Services include individual, family, and group counseling with an emphasis on addressing the unique needs and challenges of Asian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic, Refugee, and immigrant populations. The Asian Association of Utah also provides services to the general population.
Asian Pacific Islander Life EmpowermentThe Asian Association of Utah’s bilingual and bi-cultural therapists are committed to providing measurable, outcome-based substance abuse and mental health services with the goal of improving emotional and mental well being, and social functioning. Treatment is individualized and can be conducted in English, Spanish, or the native language of the adult, youth, and their family. |
