Assessment and Referral Services
The purpose of the Assessment and Referral Services (ARS)
is to provide high-quality, objective substance abuse
assessments and referrals for residents of Salt Lake County
who have incurred substance abuse related arrests or who
have a history of substance abuse problems. ARS does not
provide treatment services and thus we do not benefit
financially from the results of the assessment.
